n. 471 Silence et volupté

This engraving could have entitled: "order and disorder" or «among revealed architectures». This fragment engraved with minutia offers the contrast between a free vegetation and a well-tidy architectural structure. It is the evocation of a silent world, and, although partial, the view forms allows us to imagine what is not visible - a garden and a house. A harmonious vision that gives pleasure.
