Engraved in the middle of winter (January 2010) to etching and dry point, the young character in the foreground offers the vision of an "inflamed" being. A metaphor to represent the numerous ideas, those that inhabit the young and bold minds: they have the strength of fire, they challenge us and enlighten ignorance (the dark night). The attitude, a bit arrogant (pointing finger) but certainly reckless, reminds us that thinking is a test of strength and a lesson in freedom.
