n. 612 Zephyrin night

This female character, engraved in 2009, is inspired by the muse of Alfred de Musset in the Nights and symbolically tells the relationship between the inspirer and the poet. If the « May Night » focuses on the suffering caused by the failure of love, a suffering that only poetry can help to overcome, here, the Muse, which seems to evolve in a world in precarious balance between the 'imaginary and the real, represents the image of the woman, mother and lover.
