The second edition of the Collection "Les cahiers de la Nuit" presents three unpublished poems by Giancarlo Pontiggia and an original etching by André Beuchat. The theme of the edition revolves around Time and its flow. In the engraving, a man-whether on the edge of an abyss or on the summit of a mountain-wonders about his existence. Montaigne reminds us that “it is the enjoyment, not the possession, that it makes us happy”. The musical rhythm of the worms and their peaceful atmosphere attenuate the anxious vision of the engraving.
