This copper, engraved in 2015, reveals a great architecture: an amphitheater that, instead of standing upwards, sinks into the ground. The gap that opens up to our eyes could be disturbing but at the same time arouse curiosity or bewilderment. Is it the attraction for the impenetrable and the vertigo that drive us to look down? The copper plate has well-defined borders - these are the millimetric measurements of the sides - but the engraver can "enter" in depth and exalt both the lights and the absolute blacks. In his journey, he invites you to cross the threshold to infinity!
